Looks like we are going to be playing ball only at the state level and up pretty soon. Probably for the best, but the county committees aren't gonna be happy about losing the filing fee. Clear out the benches and let's start over.

Ross may be able to raise cash and have some institutional support, but he's never competed on a statewide level. I don't think he can catch Halter unless Halter crashes a la McDaniel or something drastic like that. He'll get some help if Asa is uncontested, but probably not enough.
