None of you Arkies would know good Tex-Mex food if it bit you in the ass. Most of the Tex-Mex joints in town know they don't have to work too hard to satisfy y'all's dull, uncultured palates. So it's no wonder y'all think places like Riviera Maya, Cozymel's, and La Hacienda are the bomb. Newsflash: they suck.
I'm a native, 6th generation Texan who has endured the blandness and mediocrity of what passes for Tex-Mex fare in LR. So I'm thrilled that there's finally a Chuy's here! Sure, there's better Tex-Mex in Texas, but I'll take what I can get as long as I'm marooned here.
