Dear Arkansas Blog, the person being arrested south of Lee on Midland is most likely the runaway who was reported just minutes before this arrest. His home is on the 400 block of Midland, which is just south of Lee. When he ran away he wasn't wearing a shirt, but you saw him in a tiedye t-shirt and being led from his parent's home to the patrol car, which suggests that his parents let him have a shirt before the police took him away. I can only speculate as to why he was arrested. Tiedye is probable cause, right?
They are neighbors with the famous food criminals from the story below. I'm also told that they like to throw water balloons.

Re: “Hawker Beechcraft says LR jobs saved by Chinese deal”
The FBI has already imprisoned its previous (innocent) suspect in this crime, after committing what appears to me to be perjury on the FBI affidavit. Its subsequent fishing trip found the man guilty of a completely unrelated federal crime. (It's been said that the average person unwittingly commits three federal felonies everyday.) The judge in the case even pointed out the injustice that the FBI and prosecutors were committing in their prosecution. I don't see why we put up with this sort of thing.
