Tim Griffin has never been convicted or even prosecuted for his alleged voter caging. (Nor has Al Gore been prosecuted for his attempts to block votes of overseas military personnel. Democrats seem to have done their best to prevent overseas military personnel from being able to vote.) You can whine all you want about alleged misdeeds by Tim Griffin, but we all know if there was anything to it, the partisan Obama justice department would be all over it.

Tim Griffin should be serving time in a federal correctional facility for engaging in illegal criminal voter caging in 2004 in the State of Florida instead of filing bills in the US Congress to take people's cell phones away from them.

Plus, since Griffin told everybody his campaign in 2010 was all about jobs, jobs, jobs, I'm wondering what he has done in the last 2 years to help bring or create any jobs to the Second Congressional District in Arkansas?

Plus, Griffin's earning more income than he's ever earned in his life. In that regard he joins
Mark Martin and the Land Commissioner, and Rep Steve Womack all who say government doesn't create jobs but, by god, they busted their asses to get one.

Plus, I would further think that Martin's staff, Womack's staff and Griffin's staff are earning more than they ever have. Good work when you can get it while bad-mouthing gubmint paychecks out of the other side of mouth.
