I thought if both domestic parties were bruised and bleeding and both had been involved in the physical altercation which I would say my bloody lip bruised arms and ankles would clearly show we were, I thought Arkansas law stated both people were to be arrested and a trial set to let a judge sort thu the events! This is not what happened any of the times the police were called as a result of his violent rage against me if he thought I might tell some one his lie or even if I would catch him with one of his many many girlfriends! He was also seeing a girl namesd misty and a girl who worked for him at the capital susan! Susan  sent him nude photos of herself to both his email addresses! And he is so selfishly sexually driven instead of delete them after viewing them he saved them and that's how I found out about those two! Of course there were his lies to follow .. Susan was a stalker that knew his wife and would tell on us so he says he saved them to prove she wouldn't leave him alone ! I didn't believe him So I facebooked message her and she tols me they had nothing going then she ended up sitting in his lap eating dinner at his condo! With misty he went to eurika springs with me and took x" he told me how much he loved me and took me shopping and made love to me all night then when we got back he went to his condo where she was and had sex with her ! I found a plan b package in his glove box and he told me he wanted to make sure she wasn't pregnant! He is a narcissistic ,sexual player, who seeks power and money so that he can make himself feel like he is some one he knows he will never be! He lies to everyone mostly himself and he lies about lying so he will never admit or get him self help! I am not proud at all of the things I did but I admit what I did and seek forgiveness from anyone I hurt and from God! I pray for him every day and know deep down he knows this is wrong and he knows I did not forge any checks ! The only checks I ever wrote myself were checks he told me to write because his checks bounced!!!! And I'm not stupid enough to ever write a check for anyone and not keep the proof of them asking me to do it!! I have the text each time that he asked me to cash a check and further more his bank would not cash a check from any one other than him because of the divorce unless he was called which they called him with me right there every time! And last but not least the biggest proof is if I had forged those checks why would he tell me just a week ago that he loved me and wanted to merry me? He told me for over a week how bad he wanted to see me! He dropped gifts off in my jeep at my new house and then told me if I would see him and prove that I had changed he would drop the charges I faced! He has told me all the charges I face are up to him and that if I would just "act right" then not only would he drop the charges but he would not press any more and he would merry me!! He told me he would go public with the fact I would see him so that I wouldn't be in trouble he told me not to worry who it the no contact order because when the charges were dropped it wouldn't matter! He told me he called the prosecutor and that it was a lady now and that the first of the week the charges would be dropped! When I fought him once again lying and told him I thought he was lying so I was going to confirm his lies by emailing Stephanie his ex wife he flipped out he did not want her to know I flew with him in a private plane to NWA when he went to his son jacks game and i went to dinner with the pilot and then we flew back and stayed at his condo where I had stayed for the past three nights!! We ate breakfast at sonic and his credit card receipts will prove this!! He is lying about everything he says and I have all the proof I need to prove he is a lier!! I will gladly post my text messages from him! And I will also summit to a lie detector test! I will also show a copy of ALL the checks that I showed John Lyons not just the two he reported about! I will also turn over my medical records and the voice recordings of Jeremy Hutchinson himself saying the exact opposite of what he is claiming to be the truth now!!! I also I have email from Stephanie Hutchinson who knew he used the money for me she used that as part of the blackmail she used to get him to sign the TEN GRAND , MILLION DOLLAR LIFE INSURANCE , sale of there house moving to NWA ALL PRIVATE SCHOOLS MEDICAL BILLS AND INSURANCE ALONG WITH NO WOMEN IN HIS HOUSE OR AROUND THERE CHILDREN EVER AND HE DIVES TO GET THEM AND PICK THEM UP AND TAKE BACK EVERY WEEKEND PSA THAT SHE FORCED HIM TO SIGN! Jeremy told me that she had three friends pick him up at gun point and drive Him to a undisclosed location where she showed him all the proof the PI ( that she also made him pay for) and told him he had 30 min to make his decision ! He signed it which is why I have only seen him when he does not have his kids and which is how he was able to lie and keep this going for as long as he has! But just like everything else he can't stop at just one he had to have several women, he tells me now that he was dating some girl named Sabrina from Heber springs but when he tried to have sex with her and couldn't she became upset and he finally was forced to admit it was because he was still not over me ! I was told this when I found his condoms!! He also told me as what he said was proof he was serious this time that while his dad was in town and they stayed at his condo that he told his dad he was in love with me and wanted to know what his dad thought he should do! He told me he would never tell his dad if he were not serious! He I'm sure was lying!! But I wanted to show just how extreme and how far he would go with the lies he tells! I have proof of everything I say and don't mind one bit showing it to anyone who really cares to know the TRUTH! Those of you who are just into spreading more gossip or supporting a republican party not separating the evil man from the one he pretends to be while ignoring what kind of illegal and immoral things he is doing to cover his own personal issues needs to really examine yourself and ask your self what if he did this to some one you know or loved what if he did this to you! Because if he isn't stopped the fact that he is using my sister who is a self proclaimed pill addict! Who is addicted to pain pills all from dating a doctor who gave her more than her fair share of prescription drugs! She has a daily habit that our family has struggled so had with trying everything from rehab to letting her live with us to tough love and even fighting and turning our back totally which I had done! Because of my sisters habit and hatred toward me for cuttings her off totally he has been able to infiltrate even my very broken and weaken family ! And for me this is the worst and most evil proof that the lengths this man will go are not only illegal and immoral but SICK!! My sister is a good person who is sick and who needs medical help not hush money in exchange for her flat out lies about me!! I ask that she turn over her phone records and that he do the same because the two of them have been planning this for some time now and if anyone cares to really KNIW the truth I'm pretty sure that's all you need to do!! My sister has not been with me to see me write any check rather loan a forged check ! And furthermore it's funny how my sister who I have been astranged from since she stold our mothers pills and caused my mother to have a heart attach and triple bypass because she took all of her pills( heart pills and blood pressure pills) so that my mom would believe she lost them not that summar took them ! She did this because she has stolen my mims pain pills so many times that my mom has to lock her room lock her closet door and then lock them inside there inside a lock box all of which my sister broke into and got the pills!!! My sister is smart and she is not this monster the addiction has turned her into! I hate more than anything how he used a very sick girl who happens to be my only sister to carry out his dirty work for a few dollars to buy more pills so that she stays so high she never has to face what she has done! She has none of the same friends she is seeing a black crack head and lives with my father who she takes his check each month and who also struggles with alcohol and pill addiction! The good news is there problems are all fixable and we have a very strong loving supportive family who will welcome my sister once she has recovered back with all the love she ever had for what she has done ! The bad news is he will never be forgiven because there are no drugs that caused him to be this way ! The cause of his behavior steams from his childhood built on lies and his inability to separate the lies he tells from the truth! Couple that with his republican strict childhood and him being sexual bound by what he was told was the way he should conduct himself and the way his body craves sexual attention unless he can admit this and face the truth and the results of his actions including the illegal ones then there will be no forgiveness and no help and no change in the man who I believe deep down knows what he is doing but is so deep financially especially with Stephanie holding his kids who out of all ofmthismi believe he truly loves he will always hold onto these lies in a effort to see them and be a pert of there life! She needs to release this pressure and assure him that the loss of the ability to continue to pay her ten thousand dollars every thirty days or even tell the truth about the abortion we had will not effect the outcome of his visitation! She know we had the abortion and the whole family had a secret meeting in how they would handle the press should it ever come out! This isn't something I ever wanted to come out to even my closet friends but once it did then I have never lied about it or denied a single aspect of what occurred and who it occurred with or how I paid for it! The only promise he and I ever made concerning that whole tragic event was that he would always stand by me and never deny what he had done should someone ever find out! I asked him that because he was so worried someone would find out and had it not been for his jobs and his dreams a normal simple girl like me certainly wouldn't have to ever even think of a outcome such as her decision being told in such a public humiliating damaging way!! So because it was a concern of his I asked that should it ever happen would he assure me I wouldn't face this alone !! He held my hand in the bathroom floor of his dads condo and cried to me he grabbed my cheeks and turned my face to his he spoke and said Julie look at me I want you to look at my eyes when I tell you this. So I looked up with tears down both our face he told me how serious he took his salvation and his decision to do this was not just mine but his so together we would decide this and together we would face god in judgement and should anyone ever force us to explain our personal choice on this emotions decision that would effect both our families and lives forever we would face it together !  He went even further saying no matter what happened even if we should part for any reason that he would take care of me financially forever as a way to prove how serious he was and to prove he wasn't lying which is why at that point I was paid more than the money bill vicckery was paying me ! That money was only so I could afford to rent his dads condo! When he started writing me checks him self it was because of this promise to me ! After that he gave me a monthly check!! After we moved into the big house at 1 deming place and sat with realtors and filled out the paper work to buy that house his ex wife had a fit and come over and screamed cuss words at me from outside calling me every name in the book he was on the phone with both of us telling me how much he loved me and how proud he was that I was being the bigger person and not going outside and making it worse he was on the phone with her telling her I was crazy and he was doing what he could to just slowly get away from me and he lied this way well he still lies this way! He kept her and I from talking by telling us both lies about the other he told me she had a no contact order and that she would sue me for damages done to there family! He would also only send he messages from me that he and I were fighting in so she would believe I was crazy and that he was ending it with me and same with what he showed me from her! He is very good at manipulation and kept this up for almost 3 years even when I would catch him he knew I would forgive him and used that belief I have as a way to act any way he wanted ! Also he would excuse his lies with he had to because he would lose his job and not be able to support all of us so he had to lie! Or the excuses Stephan was a cold hearted bitch and she would keep his kids from him! It was always for reasons that he had himself set up to be there so he would have a way to manipulate each ofmusmwhomwere just trying to have a better life with or with out him! Each of us played a roll that he controlled by contracts he put into place to set us up to need him until he no longer needed or wanted us! Once that is over he uses his power and his athority and friends in powerful positions to control what happens to us should we go against his plan or his carefully played out plan!! While I was in jail for fighting off his sexual,advances with a bloody lip and bruised body my condo that he did not pay for , my condo that he did not have a key or fob to get into , my condo that I spent every penny on each month , my condo that he wrote me a contract for saying was mine and that every single check exceptmthemladtmfewmwere written and paid for out of my personal checking account that I have had my whole adult life, my condo that my sister was thrown out of and told never to come back to EVER! My condo  was turned upside down and burgulirized by my sister and allowed into by Jeremy Hutchinson to do his dirty work he had her steal every ounce of what he thought might prove the things I'm now saying but there was nothing there except my home computer which she took! And a few bills and letters from him ! All the boxes he wanted and lap top had already been taken to a safe place!! While she was inside my home she helped her self to everything she wanted and did tons of damage to my things and to the condo! The police were called and reports were made and the same results as always what I got from that !! The way it works is the police just make the report if charges are filled its up to the prosecutor !!  Well folks if you are buddies and have been a prosecutor and you happen to be an un opposed senator named Jeremy Hutchinson then you control what charges are filed! I was also unaware of this process until he himself told me that it was up to him rather the charges I face now will be dropped and it is up to him now rather the rest of the fake charges will be filed and depending on what truth I told or with held would be the deciding factor on his hand of justice! I also didn't know if you committed a crime such as not reporting crucial facts about your campaign and who worked for you and how much you paid them and how you paid them was committed that all you had to do was file a complaint against your own self not when you did it but when you got busted and assured them you would now be honest and repay your dent that you just were forgiven and expected to be honest and true about the events you filed about your self and the missing money ! Alls well that ends well just blame it on the girl who who he says stold the money to pay his dad for a condo that wasnt her and lived in so he would have a place to have sex with her! Blame it on the girl who has no reason to lie here ! Blame it on the girl who he says he knew forged these checks and yet still tells her he loves and wants to merry ! Blame it on the girl who has lost everything and been lied to and taken advantage of in such large ways and yet the only thing I demand be done is he will stop telling lies that involve me or my family! Any and all other lies he has told or plans to tell I could care less about ! Nor do I care what threats he or this corrupt government throws at me ! Nor do I care what ever single person who votes or doesn't vote thinks of me nor do I care what party you belong to or what agenda or roll you play in any,of this !! What I care about are me and my children and my grandchild, I care about the people who stand by me and call them selves my friend ! I care about my morals and the relationship I struggle with most and that s my relationship with GOD himself! I had decided to let this go with out a word said from me but that's not right ! I'm not seeking revenge in anymway if I was I'd file charges myself against him and my sister ! But I'm not ! All I seek is forgiveness from those I hurt and rather my decision to see him was based on lies or truth the fact is I knew  he was married and it was wrong of me to be involved with him! I've asked her to forgive me and she told me after many many talks and hurtful things said she was finally able to say she was sorry she believed him and no longer did and that she was on my side ! She asked me not to contact her again because she just wanted closure and she has been given that by me ! Since then I believe her stating she felt I wrote those checks with out his knowledge is based on more lies he filled he head with and the fact she doesn't want him charged because that is her only income and I don't blame her in anyways for saying those things I know for a fact how convincing he can be! But I also know for a fact she knew about the financial agreement we had and so did John Lyons the reporter who choose to leave out  crucial facts concerning all of this such as the facts he was shown every check there were 100's not just two! The amount was far larger than the amount of the total of just two checks he reported! He also chose to leave out the abortion facts and the contract that he has a copy of showing what was agreed to! He also only told half truths in the report the one that makes me the maddest is the one that says I state I just want him to,leave me alone then text him.. Yea the text says leave me alone!! And the rest of the statement says leave me alone get help for himself seek guidance from God and forgiveness from those he hurt and stop livin a lie that is only snowballing him straight into a corner of hell he won't be able to lie himself out of! The wish I have for the man at the center of all of this is that he face the whole truth of what he has done to every one turn from those bad things and dark days and go forward in his own true self seeking the life and the love that makes him happy not others ! Be himself and be a man god can be proud of first and then there will be no need to lie !! I wish for him that he could see its telling the truth even if it's really ugly is far better and well received than building more lies to harm others and to keep him from the forgiveness I know he deep down truly desires! He thinks others won't forgive him or that the punishment will be so damaging that he can't possible concede to the truth! But the truth is the truth as already won and unless he wants to give up eternity than the truth is all he better seek because it can't be given to him unless he confesses and ask from a pure hear a remorseful heart! That is all I care about as far as he is concerned what we face here on earth has never mattered to me ! Life ismamlearning process and I have a lot to learn and learned a lot ! One thing I've learned is only god can truly judge me and the truth is the only thing that will set you free! I'm sorry to everyone who I hurt as my relationship to this man and I seek forgiveness and truth in all ways and ask you forgive himand others I truly believe he doesn't know the damage he is doing to himself and others! And that will forgive him for any thing he has done to me ! This is also true towards my sister ! I love them both and hate that they live there life in a way that is so different from the two people who I always believed them to be! God is faithful and just to forgive and I pray they turn to him and face the lies they are telling for the judgement here on earth will pale to the judgement they will face should the continue to spread lies about what they know for a fact I did not do!

So these other checks must have been written before Feb 2011 when his wife learned of the affair which suggests they were also campaign checks. That would mean this $2,700 is not all of the money to be reimbursed or "corrected" on the reports.

Doesn't sound like Young Hutchinson has come clean yet. (The woman does sound unstable as well. Perhaps he is reaping what he sowed.)

When can we expect the dirt about Mark Pryor's divorce to come to the surface. But to be fair, Pryor only said he loved the Lawd, don't remember much of that FV talk coming from him.

We really ought to try 6 straight years of no one in Congress. I think Arkansas and the country and the world would be better off. Stephens Media includes small reproductions of a couple of checks -

- check no. 1277 for $1,500 on Nov. 19, 2010, and

- check no. 1290 for $1,200 on Dec. 11, 2010

And the Secretary of State has plenty of financial disclosure documents bearing Hutchinson's signature for comparison.
