There will be a work around. It's in the works.

What and odd thing for the WAPO to say. There is zero opposition, therefore there will be zero fight among D vs R's to the mandate for millions of people to buy the most expensive private for massive profit insurance in the world. If either major party were going to wage that battle they would have said so in the election cycle... and probably swayed more votes (favorably) their way than anything else raised.

There is no mystery... The supremes ruled. We know how they will do it for now... levy fines as a tax upon those who cannot afford or refuse to do so. I only expect the dueling punishment or more punishment parties to make penalties worse. For it's what their owners in the medical industrial complex will buy/insist upon.

If we could find a way to stay out of universal health care, imagine the economic development possibilities of being the only state which still allows people to die who can't afford insurance. Now that's a competitive advantage.

Although I have to say it might pale against the advantages of being a state firmly in the grip of the Tea Party. There's nothing a new tech startup likes more than that.
