Also worth noting is that the Democratic minority in the People's House actually garnered a half million more votes in this election than the Republican majority. The redistricting process, in control of State legislatures, is why this happened. The republicans gerrymandered and gerrymandered and gerrymandered! They managed to maintain control of Congress, even as they lost the popular vote nationwide.

I had a second dose of good cheer today after scoping out all the news flying around. All arrows are pointing up as Brummett would say! I see the way America is going to be restored....I really do! One of 2 things will happen over the next 4 years, maybe in the next 2 years.

The Republican Party is dead white men walking. Tuesday's election shows I'm not lying. Good thing #1, if the GOP doesn't learn from their mistakes, they will suffer greater losses in 2014 and die in 2016.

Good thing #2, If the GOP comes out of their fantasy fog, figures out they're relics of the mid 20th century and completely, sincerely transforms themselves into a decent, honest, modern political party from top to bottom, interested in fielding good candidates who will go to work for all 315 million Americans.....America will be a fantastically better country in our lifetime.

Either way, life will get better for us and the rest of the world. But they'll have to quit obstructing, lose their racist, homophobic, misogynistic politicians and leave religion in the churches where it belongs. They'll also have to quit all that damn LYING! WE CAN SEE YOU, every one can see you, your video taped LIES are replayed 40 time per day.

Personally I hope the Republicans pay no attention and go out of business. So far they don't sound like they learned any lessons....why Mitt would be President if Hurricane Sandy hadn't hit! Yeah.....keep telling yourselves that....be my guest. It's kinda like the sign inside the men's bathroom at my favorite bar. It shows a gorgeous girl in a red bathing suit and at the bottom it says somewhere, someone is sick of her shit. The election on Tuesday showed American voters are sick of Republican's shit! Learn or burn, it's all up to you.... GOP.
