Now the worthies at the capitol will have one more voice clamoring for their attention. I wonder whether they ever get tired of all the bloodsuckers like Gibby who add nothing to the process but take away valuable time. But then I guess if they object to this one they won't be able to justify it when their own selves switch sides.
