You are pulling a pistol in public and shooting at someone without knowing the circumstances.

Is there ANY chance one of the people being shot was a hostage, an undercover cop, a person forced to accompany a solo robber, someone stupid enough to chase a bank robber?

Any chance that bullet might hit a 6 year old eating an icecream cone somewhere in the background.

If the answer is yes to even one of those, then I'd rather the robber drive off with $500 bucks worth of dye loaded cash.
