The comment was taken a bit out of context. We want the ARK company founders' experience here to be such that staying in Arkansas and building something great is irresistible. By providing a world-class environment and great access to customers and early stage investment we want programs like the ARK to be a great reason for the best and brightest to come here to build their companies and to raise their families. The word is getting out that Arkansas is a startup hot spot with a lot to offer.
How do you expect the entrepreneur to run the race, if his shoes are nailed to the floor? Or the hoof? Sounds to me more like plantation mentality? Can you elaborate on this a little more for me?
