>I've repeatedly asked for specific names of politicians from any party who would repeal the mandate for citizens to buy the most expensive for profit private insurance in the world... and received not one name to support your assertion...<<

Obama was against it before he was "for" it:

"That same year, Max Baucus, the chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, included an individual mandate in the first draft of his health-care bill. The main Democratic holdout was Senator Barack Obama. But by July, 2009, President Obama had changed his mind. “I was opposed to this idea because my general attitude was the reason people don’t have health insurance is not because they don’t want it. It’s because they can’t afford it,” he told CBS News. “I am now in favor of some sort of individual mandate.”

This process led, eventually, to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act—better known as Obamacare—which also included an individual mandate. But, as that bill came closer to passing, Republicans began coalescing around the mandate, which polling showed to be one of the legislation’s least popular elements. In December, 2009, in a vote on the bill, every Senate Republican voted to call the individual mandate “unconstitutional.”

This shift—Democrats lining up behind the Republican-crafted mandate, and Republicans declaring it not just inappropriate policy but contrary to the wishes of the Founders—shocked Wyden. “I would characterize the Washington, D.C., relationship with the individual mandate as truly schizophrenic,” he said.
Citizen1 - If your phone is an iPhone, you can download the free "iPhone Configuration Utility" app for Windows or Mac from Apple and look at the log files inside the phone. The log files might contain some clues about what is running. Apple has a lot of restrictions about background processing, but sending GPS coordinates while an app is not active is allowed.

Also, if you have any apps like "Find My Friends" or "Google Latitude" on your device, check those to see if they are activated and transmitting data.

Android has fewer restrictions on background processing, and I assume it has a utility for inspecting log files too.

Another thing that can be done is to intercept WiFi traffic and generate a log file of connections. Some of the data will be encrypted, some won't, but you can see the IP address of the other endpoint of the connection and so some research on its purpose.

Intercepting cellular data is far more difficult, but Harris Corp. makes equipment to do it. You usually have to be a law enforcement agency or a cellular network operator to buy their equipment domestically.

Since you sound somewhat familiar with the tracking app.

Is there a way I could find if my company supplied smart phone has that activated?

In other words, can boss man at HQ track me without me knowing?

I could tape it to the UPS truck when it delivers in the morning then snatch it back when they pick up late in the day and look like I am making 50 or 60 calls a day!

Man I am glad this type technology did not exist back in the 70's.

Not that my mom could have done anything about me riding around with idiots at scary speeds short of fencing me in the yard or tying me to the bed but at least she didn't have to know in real time we were breaking 120 mph on Rebsaman Park Road in a '72 Impala.

My wife and her sister just returned from a driving trip back east to visit their mother and since sis-in-laws IPhone had the tracking app the girls felt more secure.

Don't know how us in Arkansas being able to see they have veered off a bridge into a river would have helped a rescue instead of a recovery but the girls felt safer.
The Canary app monitors phone and GPS usage while driving, and alerts parents to speeding, texting while driving, talking while driving, current location, forbidden zones, etc. I'm glad this app didn't exist when I was a teenager.

It was developed by a programmer from Arkansas who moved to South Carolina recently.

I am lucky that I am done raising my children, and have a small income from another source. However, for the many single mothers in our office, I have no idea how they get by on their salary. The bonus, for many of them, will mean that Christmas can happen in their homes. Everyone always thinks government workers have it made- and that may be the case in other states. Don't get me wrong-I'm grateful for the job, and especially the medical benefits, but I feel for the families.

So, Rapert is going to support his oath of office. Hide and watch and call his hand on it. The opportunity will be given many times down the road.

Have you been to your local Kroger for customer service lately? I was in line behind a lady who was buying an assortment of lottery tickets to the tune of Fifty dollars. It became a long wait to return a two dollar item.
The Ohio legislator wearing that T-shirt went viral, but did she make her point? If Paul Ryan learned nothing from the election, it's doubtful that the prevailing Ohio legislators did either.

National Republican Party leaders in Congress and public need to resign and their replacements need some serious public relations help if the GOP ever hopes to elect a president again.
Unless the GOP can change the Electoral College, which isn't likely, the next Republican candidate will have to appeal to more voters in those states that voted for President Obama and more mainstream voters everywhere.
House Speaker John Boehner of Ohio and Senate Minority Leader ______ are their own worst enemies, public relations wise. They are just as much to blame for Mitt Romney losing as is Romney, Carl Rove and the Koch brothers. Instead of being always so negative publicly and being against Obama's proposals, the Republican leaders need to learn that the devil is in the details.
The GOP needs to let Obama raise the income tax rate back to 39 percent for those earning more than $250,000. In fact, they could even propose raising the rate an additional 1 percent per every $50,000 increase in income and increase the investment income tax rate to match regular income rates for investment income above $25,000.
Without publicity, the GOP leaders need to insert tax code language that increases deductions for the small-business owners that the GOP claims to represent and they argue would be hurt by increasing tax rates. Congress also needs to make child support payments tax deductible. Again, the devil is in the details. These new deductions would offset the increase in the basic rate.
The GOP also needs to ensure that national and international corporations pay a lot more in taxes so that Republican candidates are not embarrassed by owning stock in a corporation that is found to have not paid any taxes due to deductions and exemptions. In exchange, GOP leaders could insert language increasing deductions for money spent on a small-business' worker training for high-tech manufacturing jobs and for hiring interns in specialized areas. The GOP must ensure their tax policies support small-businesses and not megacorporations with over-paid CEOs and executive vice presidents.
Boehner or his replacement needs to understand that if going along with Obama succeeds in improving the economy, then you can claim credit for bipartisanship. If the economy still sucks, then you blame Obama's leadership. Let's hope state Republican leaders learn the lessons of bipartisanship as they take over the leadership of the Arkansas Legislature!
To woo Hispanics, Republicans need their own public Dream Act and work permits for people under 25 or 30 who came to the United States with their parents as a baby or child. Again, the devil is in the details. Unpublicized language in the GOP alien registration bill would provide a tax identification number for the students and their parents without any eligibility for federal or state benefits.
If a Dream Act student completes college in a highly sought after specialized degree fields, then he or she would be eligible to pay back taxes and fees to apply for a current a "Green-Card" status. If a Dream Act student enlists in the military, they would gain ICE "Green Card" status after they complete military training without having to pay any fees. If they are injured or killed, they would be awarded citizenship.
For the TEA Party, the GOP Dream Act would deport anyone with a criminal history, including failing to pay income taxes. Working privately, the GOP leaders could also try to change the law or constitution that allows anyone born in the U.S. to be considered a citizen, no matter the status of their parents.
And, lastly, instead of fighting Obama Care, the GOP needs to embrace and tweak it. After increasing the very public tax rates, unpublicized legislation could provide a full or partial tax deduction of all or some of the new health care expenses for small businesses. To offset this, Obama Care, hospital ER and Medicaid participants would have to reimburse, from their income tax refunds, the state for any premiums or co-pays paid on their behalf. If the middle-class and others have to pay for their health insurance and other costs, then why shouldn't Medicaid and Obama Care clients pay back from income tax refunds?
In summery, the GOP desperately needs some public relations help with its constant negative image to appeal to more voters, especially on the West Coast and the northern rust belt.

Cutting medicaid is pro-death. Some might say that being pro-death is worse morally than pro-choice.

The reason our state prefers pro-death to pro-choice is that pro-death makes a profit and pro-choice involves making women the equals of men. What conservative would choose otherwise?
