Oh my, Saline the wild right Republican is considering a stand against our massive monstrous military spending? Is this a new talking point, or could perhaps this be more than that... as in something sincere? If the GOP were to make this move it would be evolutionary!

Either way I applaud this moment of humane, fiscal, spiritual, political, moral sanity. Please consider adding protest of much more of our MIC spending... as in over 700 bases all around the globe (and many, many more we are not allowed to know about).

Happy news. I told my kids I would treat them to "The Nutcracker" at the San Francisco Ballet. I never took them to a performance when they were little so it's a first for all three of us. My son just emailed and said he got the tickets!
I did not realize that the holiday tradition was launched at the SF Ballet on Christmas Eve, 1944, until I went online to look at the trailer.
Sometimes I can be critical of a Republican Senator like John Boozman too. He gets my praise for supporting the Balanced Budget Amendment and he also gets my praise for answering my letter so quickly. However, I try to be honest with everyone I write. Here is what was said at this link below.
http://thedailyhatch.org/2012/11/30/senato…
In my next letter I will complain about the USA supporting Japan and Germany's defense with thousands our soldiers stationed there when we should force them to defend themselves!!!

eLwood - Bottom fishers catch the little fish like David Vitter and Mark Sanford. That's fun, but you'll never catch The Great Whale at the bottom of the river. Things don't work that way.

I'm trying to imagine Hillary's reaction to Gennifer's interview, as if she didn't have enough problems to deal with already. According to Bill's plan, this was supposed to be the week for the coordinated media effort to position Hillary for 2016. But it hasn't gone according to plan this week. Egypt has a new dictator that she helped gain power, over a hundred workers died in a factory making products for her former employer Walmart, the UN defied her to recognize Palestine as a state, and now we learn her husband was phoning his former mistress and inviting himself to her place. This is all useful information for political analysis.

And the Grifter may be a Lt Col now, but while he is an officer he is no gentleman. Walking talking pos. Can't believe my alma mater produced this guy.
But as to other military officers and fellow Hendrix grads who would make Arkies proud (at least me), my little bro landed in beautiful freedom-loving soon to be a shining city on a hill Afghanistan yesterday. His third deployment to combat. Hopefully it will be his last for this round of wars.

Well done, Mr. President and Madam Secretary. Shariah law was the predictable result of abandoning Mubarak. The next thing will be Egypt's abandonment of the Camp David Accords.

Grifter may now be a Lt. Col. in the Army Reserve, but to me he'll never be any higher than pond scum! I've seen a lot of sorry assed individuals in my day, and he's way down there, in my humble opinion.

I hope he runs for Governor so that I can finally get the chance to vote against him!
