<![CDATA[Fine man and family friend. He will be missed. Reminds me of one of the famous WR campaign stories. WR was known for enjoying his beverages. After a long day on the campaign trail, delivering the same speech time after time, they ended the day in Wynne. WR started his remarks, with perhaps a slight slur: "It's always a pleasure to be here with you fine people in....uh....it's always my pleasure to see you lovely folks here in....ur...uh." His staff kept whispering, "Wynne! Wynne!" WR said, "I know my name, godammit, just tell me where we are!"
