You have to remember that most of these retard Republicans home school their kids to believe that the world is flat, dinosaurs lived only 6000 years ago (although Pat Robinson said that anyone who said that WASN'T spouting Christian teachings), and that what is wrong with America is that we don't have the fundamentalist "christian" version of Sharia law forced down our throat. What is funny about the last statement is that you would be hard-pressed to find any New Testament teachings in their version of Chrisianity which sure makes them sound Jewish with their adherence to the old Jewish laws, selected version to exempt football and clothing.

We get the biggest bang for our bucks with Pre-K than with any other single education program in Arkansas. The sooner we can get children from an environment with no opportunity for stimulation of any sort into one that enriches their lives with books, music, adult interaction, etc., the better they are and the more we as a society profit from it.

Do these Neo-Con imbeciles not understand that? Probably not, as most of them still subscribe to the theory of keeping their women barefoot and pregnant!

Sure. Great idea. Most Arkansans can barely put money in an IRA or 401K, much less invest in anything where they'd win capital gains. Where's the job creation there? The extra monies they get back will either go into shares of other out of state corporations or kicked back into the campaign coffers of our legislators that saved them the money. Too bad Arkansas children have no money or lobbyists.

Monies spent on education go straight into the pockets of Arkansans. It's pretty much going to the salaries of those teachers that are doing an excellent job in teaching Pre-K kids. And, it saves parents in day care costs or allows them more opportunities to work.

So, for those few that have fully funded their IRA and 401k and have extra dollars to bet on stocks, let's give them a tax cut that benefits those individuals and cut funding to a program that is actually performing extremely well. We're ranked in the top 10: http://www.arbetterbeginnings.com/newsroom…
