Monies spent on education go straight into the pockets of Arkansans. It's pretty much going to the salaries of those teachers that are doing an excellent job in teaching Pre-K kids. And, it saves parents in day care costs or allows them more opportunities to work.

So, for those few that have fully funded their IRA and 401k and have extra dollars to bet on stocks, let's give them a tax cut that benefits those individuals and cut funding to a program that is actually performing extremely well.
