FYI: Carlton Saffa, the author of that "retire pryor" website is a Republican operative. The GOP does Want.It.All since they are not satisfied with the 90% Republican leanings of Pryor anyway. That said, I have no love for Pryor for his right of center views and his ties to The Family, that shadowy religious right group in DC.

Mark Pryor has had his own share of fiscal problems this year. After he used his influence to stop the IRS investigation into his family practices and his wife made trips to the Caymans, she decided to divorce him. I read about it at the retirepryor website. The senator found a solution for his fiscal problem, it will be interesting to see what he can offer as a solution for our country.

Funny how Thurd rhymes with turd, isn't it? Can you imagine me saying anything in 140 letters? If what you have to say can be said in 140 characters.....it ain't worth saying.

But of course it's perfect for Mark Pryor who really never wants to say anything. Now that he's got Twitter, we'll probably never see him in public again no matter how hard we monitor C Street in DC. We could save a hell of a lot of money if we cut our Congressmen's salary in half and let them just Twitter their votes into the chamber. Mitch McConnell could just twit in Boozman's votes, Boner could do the same for the rest of our delegation. Oh, and LIEberman could do the same for Mark Pryor.

Wonder how LIEberman-Pryor feels about the fiscal cliff? I figure their opinion differs from Obama. Pryor MUST please the Waltons so that's probably a good clue how he'll vote. Remember Max's story (Mon, Sep 3, 2012 at 11:35 AM) about how Pryor was the rare Democrat who sucked up contributions from the Koch brothers.....I do!

First, it's not a FISCAL CLIFF it's a

CHOICE.

Now about those EIGHT PRINCIPLES to help Mark make a decent decision:

someone can hashtag or twitter it to Sen Pryor. I gave up on twitter four years ago, about two months after I opened an account.

it's from the Wall Street Journal so tread lightly when you run it thru your Friedman filter:
"Obama Spending Binge Never Happened"

Almost everyone believes that Obama has presided over a massive increase in federal spending, an “inferno” of spending that threatens our jobs, our businesses and our children’s future. Even Democrats seem to think it’s true.

But it didn’t happen. Although there was a big stimulus bill under Obama, federal spending is rising at the slowest pace since Dwight Eisenhower brought the Korean War to an end in the 1950s. ....
There's another app for that:

House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi is keeping the pressure on House Republicans. Last week she announced she was considering introducing a discharge petition that would force House leadership to take up the extension of tax cuts for the middle class that the Senate passed last July. On Sunday, she reiterated that House Democrats are ready to do it.

"If Speaker Boehner refuses to schedule this widely-supported bill for a vote, Democrats will introduce a discharge petition to automatically bring to the floor the Senate-passed middle class tax cuts," Pelosi said in a statement.
Under a "discharge petition," a bill can be brought to the floor without going through a committee or without approval of House leadership. The bill would need an absolute majority - 218 votes - to pass.
While there are only 192 Democrats in the House, some Republicans have expressed support for the bill.
