When Bush's housing crash happened funding dried up.

The Center provides many wonderful services for the people of Springdale including an indoor ice-skating rink and large meeting/dining areas for family reunions, etc. Naturally since this is for the people the city council elders and CoC find no reason to contribute to the city's finest attraction.
