<![CDATA[I'm surprised that Martha has the gall to run her office so unethically and inefficiently. Why would any sane person take an investment with a profit and pay more commission to speculate with state money. Relying on the broker with so much of state business speaks volumes of Mrs. Shofner's struggle through her adolescence of investment strategy. Martha: 80% of funds managed by computer beat managed funds. As to bond investment, do your own analysis, there is a wealth of information out there from which to make and educated decision.
