state your name and your birth date.
Those are the only two questions any American citizen
must answer to any law enforcement.
Nothing else is required by any law.
Not where are you going or where you've been or what
are you doing on this block or where do you live.
And you can't be detained for more than 15 minutes
without probable just cause.
Fascism began creeping into America in my lifetime around
1983 with the forfeiture laws that allow police to seize and
keep cash from citizens without any due process or trial.
Since 9-11-2001 fascism has been growing like a wildfire.
By either the 10 point or 15 point fascism checklist, America
is a full fledged fascist state now.

Save yourselves. Do not permit this. Mandate that every officer or staff member on the force and applicants to the force undergo intensive psychological screening before being permitted to interact with a citizen as a law enforcement officer. Get rid of all of the bad apples, before the good ones grow weary of looking the other way, and merely convince themselves that they merely need to inwardly justify that what their fellow officers are doing are not "really" crimes.

And by the way, who defines a high crime area? Are high crime reports from more expensive neighborhoods disappearing or being redacted?

And hey, if they are permitted to take it to this level, won't they soon gain the power to put us on house arrest or something like that? Restrict us to a certain neighborhood because one of us looks African-American or Latino? That would be sure to cure almost ALL of the crime, right?
