In any event, as to the substance of the matter, I have two points: 1) Does anyone really expect much more from McDaniel, a guy who refers to himself as "The General"; and 2) This controversy is of course very personal and, in many respects, is none of our business as to the particulars. What is our business is that it in fact happened, because surely, he will not survive the election and a vote for him is a vote wasted.

Being a high elected official is all about making the right choice for the people represented regardless of what level you serve at. I think the honorable (noun not adjective) has clearly demonstrated the "Peter Principal" (i.e., pun intended) was at work with his election to AG, but will also ensure it is the last public office voters trust him with.

My talk explored the fact that his whole future marriage's success was then placed in someone else's hands.

If "Little" had a fling and then had stopped that foolishness and rededicated himself to his family, there was someone else out there that could collapse the whole thing.

Don't underestimate that the fellow cheater (FC) (we already know they are of poor morals as evidenced by the cheating with a married person) might not come forward and spill the beans.

There are so many scenarios where the FC might be motivated to ring his door bell and tell all to his wife and children.

Guilt or entering a 12 step program - where she had to appologize to those wronged.

Spite or jealosy - FC is pissed with her poor financial condition and his family's so FC knocks on the door and spills the beans jsut to drag him down.

Found Jesus and repenting to those wronged.

Financial catastrophy so FC blackmails.

Don't place your future in the hands of another. They might not protect it to the degree it deserves.

I don't like McDaniel and I don't want him to be our governor but I can't throw rocks at him because I once had a messy sex life and I wasn't even a high elected official or a rock star. Half the plumbers got something going on the side. Last year I caught a welder in my alley kissing a woman who wasn't his wife . Winos probably cheat now and then when the fog lifts for a few hours.

Humans are messy. If men were born at age 50 that would help. But nothing is more thrilling than closing the door behind a woman who looks like Andi.....until a guy gets older and quits thinking with his you-know-what. We were born to be breeders, it's our job and that switch is damn hard to get flipped back in the OFF position.

I believe this is comment number 40 for this thread and I would guess if only those without secrets in their closets were allowed to make a comment.....might only be 2 comments on this thread.....might only be none. There are no adult Boy Scouts, a few that pretend they are have naked pictures of teenage boys in their glove box. Expect humans to be human, don't go thru life with the outlook of a 9 year old girl.

Deputies say they found one person dead at 251 Ledgerwood Road around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. 34-year-old Maxwell Anderson was found lying in the driveway when police arrived at the home on Lake Hamilton.

GSCO went to the home after receiving a call in reference to a shooting.

A man and woman who were at the home were held and interviewed by authorities. They have been identified as 34-year-old Andrea Davis, a Hot Springs attorney, and her brother, 29-year-old Matthew Davis. It is unknown what the relationship is between these two and the victim.

Both have been released and no charges have been filed at this time.

We are following this investigation and will update the story as soon as new information is available

soooooo...could McDaniel be involved in a MURDER COVER UP?
