Now I forgot why I'm here.......oh yeah! I was having a horrible time getting into the Christmas spirit this year. I've been bearing down real hard, had the radios tuned to Christmas music.....and nothing. I thought golly....the woes of the country plus dead 1st graders has just soured me beyond rescue. Seeing Asa on my TV the other day didn't help a damn bit either.

But tonight I petted the deaf cat I found in the kitchen, fixed a big pot of Wooster soup, welcomed my oldest back from North Carolina, and then started in baking pies and it was them pies that did it! Next thing I know I was singing like Bing Crosby to the Christmas music, teased mag about the windows in the computer room not being cleaned since my 1st wife did it last back in the 80s and just now I took left over pie crust dough and spelled out "I Love mag" in the middle of the kitchen mess I left her.......So I'm back, baby! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays for you non-GM religionists out there!
