I along with so many others am an "oldtimer" at heart. I was raised in Ohio but have close connections to W.Va and Va. I love the old traditions, music, customs and handicrafts. Some call it "rustic" or "primitive". I call it "peaceful, beautiful and heartfelt". Every piece, whether it be music, spoken words of days gone by or homemade goods have some story to tell...if we only listen.
Thank you Chelsea and everyone else willing to speak up and take action to preserve
our country's meaningful history.

Mountain View is a beautiful place with beautiful people. You'll meet many of them on Friday and Sunday evenings at Jimmy Driftwood Barn. There is no admission fee but a 'love offering' is taken to help pay for the upkeep of the barn. You'll meet others gathered on the square and under the gazebos to share their music and their stories. I've been going there for the past nine years.....even when I lived out of state. Now I live 'just a stone's throw away' in Flippin, AR and get there more often. Thanks, Chelsea, for sharing this special gift with folks outside these beautiful Arkansas hills.
