However, I have seen dishes that looked similar to that served in other very popular Mexican places (senior tequila). I'm not even going to mention some of the food served at some of the Indian restaurants around here....might look disgusting but taste phenomenal.
So, I would say to give them another chance before slamming them. Try a different dish that may be more to your liking.

I don't know how the beans were at this place, but La Hacienda makes my all-time favorite refried beans.
