      <![CDATA[You folks up nawth of here are worrying about recycling and branch pick-up? Some of us 35 or so miles south haven't had garbage pick up since the week before Christmas. Just cain't figger out why since we apparently had fewer ice/snow problems -- but enough a'ready -- than ya'll did.

      <![CDATA[If they mean go to 311 to have limbs and such removed picked up from your yard, there doesn't seem to be a choice unless you choose: Tree Removal in Right of Way.   They could just about send a truck down any street in WLR, especially Leawood, and could fill it up real quick.  There are streets with piles and piles of limbs stacked up.
