<![CDATA["The bird" received official federal court approval in Arkansas 12 or 15 years ago, when State Trooper Jose Chacon arrested a guy for flipping him off and charged him with disorderly conduct. Contempt of Cop does not amount to disorderly conduct, without more, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled.

<![CDATA[I prefer to use the English version of this salute. It satisfies my need to express myself under the 1st Amendment while at the same time leaving the recipient of my message often not understanding the message sent - which is ok with me as it is my satisfaction that matters.

<![CDATA[Anybody remember when Tommy Hotdog arrested some poor dude for using the Boy Scout salute minus 2 fingers? Tommy, in his private vehicle, was following the him, blinding the guy with his high beams. The guy responded as many folks do trying to get a jerk to dim their lights. Tommy set the standard for arrogant cops and incompetent elected officials.
