      <![CDATA[That's odd that the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement, which is directly funded from the new Health Insurance Exchange would put out a study that benefits the same group (HBE) that pays the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement over a million dollars in funding.  No problem here, carry on.<br>

P.S. If you didn't pick up what I'm putting down, RAND & ACHI is funded from Federal  Obama dollars to provide their "research".

      <![CDATA[Tom Cotton has become a political celebrity in Washington during his first week in office.  He's been the subject of a major CNN and Politico articles, and a live interview on CNN's flagship newscast.  The Wall Street Journal published his opinion article on the Hagel nomination.  I'd hardly call that a bad week for a freshman politician.
