Odd, odd, odd. I'm certain that if Cotton wanted the delegation to wait an hour or two until he could see the release they would oblige. He was elected as rep to "represent." Do your job Cotton.

Cotton has the NRO running articles almost weekly declaring that he's a future presidential candidate. Some of you guys are engaged in so much groupthink that you can't see what he's doing. He is in the second most Republican district in the state, and one of the more Republican districts in the nation. His seat is safe, and is boning up his credentials for a run for either Senate or POTUS.

I guess I'll just keep posting this, given Cotton's ability to garner such national attention after only a week or two on the job: I refuse to believe he's an idiot, so what's the long game? And how does Arkansas benefit? (Granted, the state could use some more ridicule from the Yankee media elite...)

I'm thinking one of our boys got up there to Harvard and got brainwashed. "The Cambridge, Mass.-candidate"? Devious plan, making a bright kid who fled the state come back and adopt boilerplate 4th district doctrine to carry out some nefarious scheme to please his electorate. Bwahahahah...

Where are the Mike Ross jokes now?

The House has always been full of cranks, so what's different? Cranks anxious for national attention, even to be mocked? Congress as champeenship wrasslin'?

Serious statesman have always been seen, but rarely heard (outside the cloakroom).

It is becoming painfully obvious he hasn't lived in Arkansas since he was in high school, and sure as heck doesn't represent Arkansas values. One and done, baby, one and done!

Well, if he can saturate the airwaves again he probably is up for re-election since he isn't dependent on the locals for any money in his campaign. The man is bought and paid for by special interests and it is time NOW for the Democratic Party to start buying billboards across the 4th District and update them monthly with his "accomplishments". Trick-find the ones across from the sale barns and on the way to the cotton gins and the grain elevators on major highways as well as the major roads into the larger towns and keep updating them It might mean that you rent the Board for 2 years to keep the Koches lying brigade from renting the billboards if they are late with a payment.
