Did the previous "grow your own" language allow anyone to grow their own or just people who had a prescription?

And what evidence beyond a hunch do those who claim the grow your own language have to justify claiming it caused failure?

Seems to me, no matter how you slice it... the recent number of Yes votes in old conservative Arkansas was astonishingly positive. All while other states who have incrementally gone the way of liberty and health are only increasing, not regretting or diminishing their efforts.

So why not keep grow your own and add some more liberties? Grow your own and give some to friends for Christmas! Just like tomatoes and squash.... garlic or valerian root.

Arkansans citizens are ready. Corporate profit seekers in need of a monopoly seemingly are not.

The ballot measure to remove the constitutional amendment that bans same-sex marriage and same-sex civil unions is very premature. While I'm sure many Arkansans have come around on same-sex marriage or same-sex civil unions and plenty of young people have come of age to vote, I don't think it's enough to overturn that amendment.

I wish the medical marijuana and the same-sex marriage efforts the best of luck on the ballot but I'd bet my money on medical marijuana.

Medical marijuana wasn't defeated because of that provision, but because of propaganda from those who make their income from keeping it illegal, and from conservatives who like their government just big enough to enforce their morality on the rest of us.
