Salado Mountain which one must descend or ascend as you go to or leave Batesville looked like one of the wrecks at Talledega where they have 25 vehicles involved. Only thing is that this one must have had at least fifty cars and trucks scattered about over about a 1/2 mile.

3 decided that lost hours was not as big a deal as maybe getting stuck here with the boss. (But boss has 4wd Jeep and might not be able to get home but sure won't get stuck here with them)

3 left then it stopped sleeting and the parking lot thawed completely.

But we ain't curing cancer here so we don't hold it against anyone that thought risking a $20,000 car for a couple extra hours pay was a good bet.

If I made them stay and it got worse I would never hear the end of it.

I have advised it is their choice. I expected them to scurry off but since they missed a bunch of hours in the 2012 Christmas Blizzard week they seem to be staying.

Nothing like Christmas bills to improve attendance.
