      <![CDATA[California now has a balanced budget, the citizens of that state voted to raise taxes on their own income for couples that make over $500,000 a year, and individuals that make over $250,000 dollars, while paying down it's bonds, and expanding medicaid as per the ACA.  Now, why can't we do that here in AR?  If the state GOP is successful in lowering income taxes, then we'll end up like California was for years before Jerry Brown came in.
