I guess the term is personal growth and I've had me some. I didn't think about wrongful convictions or overzealous prosecution, or mistaken identity, prosecutorial misconduct, evidence tampering and on and on. And I didn't think about adults with low IQs bordering and something below the line used to judge mental retardation. Then you have adults who were unwanted children...abused, molested, beaten, tortured and on and on.

Yes there are severely guilty people but despite what we see in the movies there's always more to the story.....anyway my opinion of the death penalty has changed and rather than take the chance of killing an innocent person I'd gladly back Gov. Beebe if he'd try to do away with the Arkansas death penalty. I'm ashamed that I spent more than half my life cheering on the executioners. Ain't something to cheer for.

And Razor, I wouldn't worry your head so much re "beyond a reasonable doubt". We've been executing innocent people since we became a republic lo those many years ago.
