I'm most impressed with the eggs -- I think they're probably steaming them rather than doing a true poach, but the yolks were perfect.

If you are in the Fort Smith area, The Egg and I (a chain, sure, but a good one) should be checked out. The Greek seasoned Veggie Benedict with artichoke hearts is lovely.

I still dig Casa Manana's brunch, especially the Huevos con Machaca with a side of cheese dip. Marvelous.

I drive by Shorty's multiple times a day but never been in. The advertised "Macho Nachos" on the front of the building has always intrigued me...like one of those things that's almost certainly awful and grubby, but I want to eat anyways.
