Yes. When those guys get ahold of something they don't turn loose. This is the 3rd or 4th special they have done on the financial meltdown and they accurately reflect the mood of the nation and make a stronger case for criminal prosecutions. Though the assistant federal prosecutor says they can't make criminal charges stick Frontline says "Are you kidding me!"
What a lively Open Line!

I love it when dear, sweet Verla could possibly be mistaken for commenting on oral sex while Cool-aid assures us he has a penis. Jazzy would love this! She would conclude Cool likely has a penis but it's the size of an infant's pinky finger, which explains 99.9 percent of his comments on this blog.

I've never been one to bring the discussion down to a G-rating, but I have a slight dog dilemma. Our precious, 15-month-old rescue dog from CARE (a lab mix) suddenly began urinating in the house today. She's never done that, with the one exception of when we brought her home at 14 weeks and she had a puppy accident. This hasn't happened again until today.

I'm going to take her to the vet in the morning to rule out anything bad. I'm skeptical about a urinary-tract infection because she went about a half-gallon right when I brought her in from outside. She did the same thing to WIES earlier tonight. Could she have diabetes? She does drink a lot of water.

She has a boyfriend next door and they play daily (both are the same age and neutered). She gets depressed when she can't play with him and lets me know by resting her chin on my leg, as she did this morning. I didn't take her immediately out this time and that's when I noticed the huge puddle. I didn't discipline her, thinking it was a one-time thing and monitored the two playing happily for hours. I've read where dogs between 12-24 months go through a rebellious stage and this is normal. Is she just being a typical teenager?

She's quarantined in the kitchen now and hasn't had an accident of any kind. She's whining about being alone but is perfectly normal otherwise. Is this a stage or is she sick? Anybody have a similar situation? Guess I'll find out in the morning.

Durango,

Can't wait to lip-lock again by the paddock. If you can hook me up with some box seats, I'll make it worth your while. Ever hear of an Australian kiss, big fella? WIES says she'll join in, too.

Love,

Coolbreeze - I doubt that Congress is going to dive too deep into Benghazi in a public hearing. It was the worst cover for a CIA post, but the State Department's own review doesn't mention the CIA once. The facility should have been closed after the embassy in Tripoli was reopened, but State and CIA were complacent about the security problems and kept it open longer than necessary. In any case, it ain't Watergate, just poor judgement, interagency rivalries and bureaucratic inertia.

Hillary's term as Secretary of State will end on a low note, after her illness and injury, The Gaza missile crisis, The Islamic Brotherhood dictatorship in Egypt, Benghazi, Mali, Algeria, etc. The one bright spot for her recently was her mission to Burma, although she was clearly on the brink of exhaustion for that trip.

Dunno really. Haven't had an occasion lately to test it. I'll be sure and let you know if I do though.
"Maybe your Tom does have a Cotton?"

Since I don't have the slightest idea what this means, my answer would have to be, maybe I do or maybe I don't.

All right, enough childish stuff. I'm wondering if you're a child or an adult. Please don't answer though, just take your penis and piss off with it and don't come 'roun heah no mo. I be payin' you no 'tention, that fo sho.

Note: I like Tom Cotton but I do disagree with his stance sticking with the status quo Republican caucus on storm aid. This could lead to his downfall..

The FACTS people: Singles and Exes show on KARN: First of all, I actually listen to every show, comment and call in. The show is NOT x-rated. Mark Kizer said NOTHING wrong or inappropriate. Before you say a show is x-rated, you better make sure you have defined x-rated correctly. Are you kidding me?? I listened to the entire show the night that Mark Kizer was on. He absolutely did and said NOTHING wrong. I even jokingly asked a steamy question which was relayed to him On Air. He REFUSED to answer, stating he should not comment due to his position as an officer and police chief! There you have it!! I'm so sick of twisted words and political childish schoolyard tattling on good, decent public figures. He is an excellent police chief, puts his life on the line and is forced into the spotlight for this bulls*% rather than all the good he and fellow officers do every single day!

Bless their hearts, republicans Dabbs & Kizer have been quite entertaining.....at least to those of us who do not live in Bryant. And, bless her heart, Teresa Oelke has provided her share of entertainment as well, and hence, her personal life now becomes the public's business. But, sadly, most of us live in the same state with her, so it ceases to be "entertainment".
