I saw an advertisement talking up Northrup Gruman.

They seemed to be selling jet fighters. It suprised me that the market for jet fighters in Little Rock was of sufficient size to justify fancy BROADCAST commercials.

Wouldn't the 10 grand for a TV ad be more effective just stuffing it in the pocket of a politician than blowing it on a TV ad that the politician might miss seeing?
