I tried watching last night's meeting on the local access comcast cable channel, got the picture OK for a while, but the audio was pop music and 60's & 70's rock and roll, then the picture went out completely. Who's trying to keep us from finding out what they're up to? Will there be a rebroadcast of the proceedings anytime soon?

Your right to enjoy your property stops at your border.

The water supply can not simply wait till water quality is degraded to take action.

400,000 people have skin in the game.

This is not some global warming hoax that can be denied. Neighboring property owners MAKING CHANGES TO THEIR PROPERTY and altering runoff will cause harm to the water supply.
No one is being required to undo anything thye have done, just limit future changes.
