McDoogles, Burger Queen, Windy's, Sloppo Bell, Tubways, cleaners & landries, Lawncare Services, and many many many others are available for teens to begin thier work career.

I personally would not a allow a teen of mine to work in a convenience store due to the solitary worker/quick in&out feature that makes them an armed robbery magnet.

What is this "thing" you have that teens can't find any jobs because self service is killing teen's ability to pump gas and be swarmed in petro fumes for hours at a time and since they can't vend cigs and brews due to age they will become criminals as the only option?

The 'Beer Store on Every Corner' policy of the ABC has put thousands of businesses 'off-limits' as a source of employment for teens in our community. As a result, teens have plenty of free time without a legitimate way to earn any money...what do you expect them to do? Think about it the next time your house gets burgled or you park your car somewhere downtown and find yourself looking into the business end of some gangbanger's stolen handgun.

Guns or no guns. Whatever. All I know is that we darned sure don't need a "Technology Center" until this sort of stuff comes to a halt. If we can't make Little Rock a safe place to live, who in the world is going to want to come here?

      More guns is the answer.

If the employees were packing this could have turned out completely differently.

Maybe those "Corporation People" might not have lost thousands of dollars.

But then the minimum wage working stiffs without health benefits might have been injured or killed. But then it would open up employment opportunities for others to enter the workforce to fill the dead or injured slackers.

So back to original solution.

More guns is the answer.
