      <![CDATA[Labor Department Data following reductions in personal and corporate income taxes, capital gains taxes, dividends and interest taxes:<br>
<br>
1964 - Individual income tax rates were cut across the board by approximately 20%. In addition to individual income tax cuts, the act slightly reduced corporate tax rates and introduced a minimum standard deduction.<br>
<br>
Unemployment less than 5% within 2 years!<br>
<br>
1981 - phased-in 23% cut in individual tax rates over 3 years; top rate dropped from 70% to 50%.<br>
<br>
Unemployment less than 5% within 3 years!<br>
<br>
1997 - the top capital gains rate fell from 28% to 20%. The 15% bracket was lowered to 10%.<br>
<br>
Unemployment less than 4% within 1 year!<br>
<br>
2001 - The top rate was scaled back from 39.6 percent to 35 percent. The 36 percent, 31 percent and 28 percent brackets fell by three percentage points. The 15 percent bracket on the lowest incomes was split into two to include a 10 percent bracket at the lower-income end.<br>
<br>
Unemployment less than 5% within 3 years!<br>

Obama's $ 890 billion stimulus package that has been make permanent by an increase in federal expenditures of $ 300 billion annually:<br>

U3 Unemployment declines from 10.1% to 8.7%, U6 real unemployment rate declines from 17% to 14% in 4 years, assisted by 3 rounds of Federal Reserve Bank Quantitative Easing, waiting on another recession and subsequent Second Great Depression!
