I guess people think because the Clinton's aren't living in Arkansas full time they have turned their back to us.

The Clinton's have been a little bit busy the last few years trying to make the world a better place. "They have had little time to call any place home."

Now, in all fairness, if I was subjected to the same negative attitudes that many Arkansans had for the Clinton's, I would have no desire to come back.

If you remember, there was even some nut case trying to raise money for an "anti-Clinton" museum.

People like this should never be written off completely though. Amazingly "Kooks" like Rapert can and do advance through the political ranks even to the national level. Look at how close Missouri came to electing their version of Rapert to the U.S. Senate.

Was there any rebuttal?....from anyone?
Did any local TV/Radio dispute his rantings?
Between coverage of these types of politicians, the legal system (West Memphis Three) and the legislature being so anti-woman, poor little Arkansas gets nothing but bad publicity.
I couldn't help but notice how your favorite son, Slick Willy Clinton & Ms Hillary, quickly turned their backs on the state once they had used it for all it's worth.
Fortunately, I do know there are lots of terrific folks back there but they don't get any publicity....nor run the state.
