Judging by the size of the many buildings shown in the conceptual drawing of the proposed tech park, it looks as if all of the required space could be accomodated in two 20 story buildings. Two highrises would have a smaller footprint and could maybe squeeze somewhere in the UAMS or UALR area without taking entire neighborhoods. Or is taking the neighborhood really the point?

No surprises here. Everyone knows Rohn Amusement gets his marching orders from Joan "I need another 20 years to help poor neighborhoods" Adcock. And we all know where Queen Joan gets her marching orders from. Looks like Rohn is learning how to "lead" based on the Queens model.

Fact check-Rohn actively campaigns for an at large director who says "neighborhood reaction to hostile takeover of their homes is irrational" and remember the at large director included Mr Amusement in that group. Rohn campaigns to get HIS home removed from the tech park boundaries while claiming to be concerned about the WHOLE neighborhood. A queen move learned from the Queen.

Rohn makes descions in the name of the neighborhood association without consulting ALL members. Hey guys, now that my house is out of danger I think we should quit the coalition. He routinely attack people who live in that neighborhood because they don't agree with him while supporting those who want to destroy it (oh yea, they don't live there). A classic queen move.

He worked hard to convince poor people south of 630 to vote for incumbent at large directors and we haven't seen them south of the interstate since November. Oldman raised some valid points in this tragic comedy. Oh yea Dr Good say ain't nothing happening lessens we hear from Queen Joan and the community. Oh yea Queen don't forget I contributed to your 2008 campaign (wink wink). The Queen and Rohn remind me of a sinister version of mr and mrs Roper from threes company. Not hard to figure out what three they are protecting. Oh yea did I fail to mention that the Queen was at a Al Jareau concert during the election. Gotta love that

So this may explain a number of things:

Like why did Rohn Muse pulling the Forest Hills neighborhood out of the collation that was opposing the Tech Park back in August?

It is known that Rohn was actively campaigning for the three stooges, at-large city directors. He put a lot of effort into Joan's and Gene's campaigns.

Is he behind this latest supposed Tech Park welcoming by Forest Hills? Is Rohn on any of Dickson's far flung hidden companies payrolls?

Didn't Rohn's house fall outside of the Tech Park's proposed footprint in Forest Hills? Is he placing himself in position to gain a windfall for his home? Seems the Dailey Recorded reported that he had refinanced his house.

Would love to have Mr. Muse under oath, bet he would wet himself and spill the skinny on what is about to befall Forest Hills.

Forest Hills has always been in the crosshairs of the Tech Park board.

Any bets on how many of the "property owners" are slumlords? So, the barely-making-ends-meet tenant will get evicted, be saddle with the cost of moving and be driven deeper into poverty.

Joan will roll over and jump into bed with Dickson to payoff her campaign debts (the backroom debts).

The only one who has stood up, tried to have the right thing done and got no support from the LR board of directors was Ken Richardson.

I told you that you could hear the bulldozers engines idling.

Wish that the Tech Park board would quit lying, go ahead and call it "UAMS South"!
