The National Prayer Breakfast is an event in February. Every President, INCLUDING PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA, have attended every one they have held.

The National Day of Prayer is in May or June. It was started by the Roman Catholic church and others. The President doesn't regularly or to my knowledge hardly ever has attended this event.
