<![CDATA[There was a good documentary last week on Freespeech TV, the title of which was either "The Purity Myth" or " The Virginity Myth" that dealt with the issue of a woman's identity defined by what was between her legs and the male-centered "value" of female " purity". The narrator, a young woman, made a number of good points and observations, including mentioning a few not so nice facts about "abstinense" "education" . I agree with her that there does seem to be a concerted agenda to relegate women to being only wife and mother, and brainwash girls into thinking their only value as in relation to males. Idiots who talk about "legitimate rape" and "rape shields" show both profound ignorance of biology but also a not so subtle misogyny.
