      <![CDATA[cbb, I wasn't tweaking the contractor, only the city.  And I know they had to wait for the federal government to ensure reimbursement for the majority of the cost (75% feds, 12 1/2% state & 12 1/2% city cost share).<br>
<br>
You know, I think the piles of trees and branches should be left right where they are.  They have been there so long they have become the newly recognizable Little Rock as far as I'm concerned.  :>)

      <![CDATA[In the John Barrow area of Little Rock, there are several streets that are very hazardous due to down tree trunks on limbs jutting on the roads. For my home, this is day 51 since we've had any tree limbs or yard trash picked up by the city.<br>
<br>
And the city is steadily raising fees for nearly every service that is provided. If it wasn't for the hated Obama administration, we would likely have to pay hundreds of dollars to get our downed tree limbs and trunks removed from our yard. And Tom Cotton wants to cut off such services to taxpayers.
