      <![CDATA["Unfortunately, most business owners attempt to protect themselves, their business, and employees from perceived threats from the outside and do not pay attention to the employee threat from the inside. "<br>

Poor choice of words.  A more abstract phrase like "internal risks" would be better than "the employee threat from inside", which is offensive and demeaning to the honest employees.
