Jon Hubbard posing as LiberalRepublican says: "It is understandable that Democrats would want Election Day registration. If your behind you can pay African American ministers to buss "voters" in from Miss and La."

Never mind that Pastor Ronnie Floyd and the Arkansas Family Council hands out conservative voting guides at suburban evangelical churches before every election, but the idea of "black people voting (BPV)" really pisses off Hubbard, Bryan King and the God, Guns and Fetuses Caucus.

Like I said earlier, call King's bill what it is: The Arkansas BPV poll tax -- KKK1965.

      This just in!

"Research published in the journal PLOS ONE, suggests that your parents 'Left or 'Right' party affiliations are not the only factor at work shaping a person's political identity. Differences in opinion between 'Lefties' and 'Righties' may reflect specific physiological processes.

In research performed over 10 years ago, brain scans showed that London cab drivers' gray matter grew larger to help them store a mental map of the city." From the article: "Other scans have shown that brain regions associated with risk and uncertainty, such as the fear-processing amygdala, differ in structure in liberals and conservatives. And different architecture means different behavior.

Liberals tend to seek out novelty and uncertainty, while conservatives exhibit strong changes in attitude to threatening situations. The former are more willing to accept risk, while the latter tends to have more intense physical reactions to threatening stimuli."

I tolds ya and I tolds ya.....it's all about the brain wiring!

You can't convince voters you have better solutions- hell, any solutions at all!- to the problems facing the state or country, so your next best course is to make sure folks who vote against you can't vote at all.

Why, your THUG pals in the Arkansas ledge are working right now to pass Senate Bill 2 to disenfranchise tens of thousands of Arkansas voters. Can you say 2013 poll tax?

And Hans von Spastic is notorious for being an outlaw when it comes to voting rights. We need to send him back to whatever country foisted that voting terrorist on us.

How did your vote fixing go in the presidential election last November?

We need to stop voter fraud. Hans von Spakovsky of the Heritage Foundation commented on President Obama's State of the Union Address:

President Obama talked about voting rights, claiming we are “betraying our ideals” when any American has to “wait for five, six, seven hours just to cast their ballot.” He announced a “nonpartisan commission to improve the voting experience in America.” His view of “nonpartisan” is putting two attorneys, one from his campaign and another from Governor Romney’s campaign, in charge of the effort. While there may have been some Americans who waited for long periods to vote in 2012, the vast majority did not. A recent study of the 2012 election reported that the average wait time nationally was only 14 minutes.

We already had such an election reform commission back in 2005, the Baker-Carter Commission, whose findings were largely ignored. It is especially hard to have confidence in any commission Obama might appoint, given that his attorney general has tried to stop state election reform efforts like voter ID intended to improve the security and integrity of the election process. Moreover, Obama’s commission may just be a stalking horse to implement liberals’ latest partisan fantasies of automatic and election day voter registration, so-called reforms that will stifle real improvements and endanger the integrity of our elections.
I hope to live to see either the demise of the Stupid Party or the emergence of the first sane Republican of the 21st century. It might be Davy Carter or it might be a child yet to be born, my little dab of money is on the unborn child at this point.

I tend to think Carter is playing the stopped clock is right twice a day technique used by Newt & McCain. Say something halfway sensible but then vote the opposite. Time and watchful eyes will tell. We've got 2 to 4 super ugly years ahead of us and at the end we may have reverted back to territorial status....
