      <![CDATA[Sounds great.  Now if Arkansas can just get Oklahoma to do a similar study on the Arkansas River that goes through that entire state before it reaches Arkansas.  How about it, Boomer Sooners?

      <![CDATA[My guess is that the poultry industry is behind this.  Now that Oklahoma has a far-right governor, I presume that she sees protection of the river as a socialist plot and is accordingly seeking to undermine the hard work by previous administrations to stand up to Arkansas and the poultry industry in general.

      <![CDATA[Why acknowledge Oklahoma's right not to allow its neighbor to have runoff pollute OK rivers BUT not allow Little Rock to prevent neighbors polluting its lake that was specifically developed for drinking water.
