      <![CDATA[infamous amos, they also need to include the fact that the taxpayers of Arkansas will pay for the legislature's continual contemopt for federal law when the cases are thrown out of court and the court assigns the costs which could be millions.

      <![CDATA[I wonder how the polling would change if it was mentioned that the two leading anti-abortion bills are unconstitutional?<br>
<br>
For that matter, I wonder how people would feel about the legislature overall if it was pointed out that multiple unconstitutional bills have been filed, from abortion to drug-testing medicare recipients to Bryan King's voter ID law.  Think people might second-guess their decision to vote for the R rather than the candidate?<br>
<br>
(Sadly, I bet they would not.  Still, I'd like to see some polling done.)
