The best example is Pat Nixon, who looked like she was a hostage with a remote controlled bomb under her pretty clothes at all times. Mamie Eisenhower looked like a giddy drunk...did she ever speak a word? Jackie O., bless her heart, her beautiful deer in the headlights look should have tipped us off that soon she'd fly to Greece to marry an ogre for a pile of cash.

Our Hillary may have taken a few on the chin early on, but of all First Ladies, she's climbed so far up the ladder it's easy to forget she was a First Lady back in the 90s.

I must say Laura Bush did a crackerjack job of pretending she wasn't married to worst white man in America this side of Dick "Dick" Cheney. Wonder if she even speaks to GWB today?

So yes yes yes Michelle Obama is awesome and I wouldn't be surprised to see her follow in the footsteps of our Hillary when her husband leaves office in 2017. If you've ever taken the time to listen to her speak.....you know she's got the brains and the talent to handle any job on earth...plus she's way cool!

It is his country also and he is working single-handedly to get the country out of the ditch, er, ravine, that Bush and his cronies left it-in debt, at war in two places (one for no reason other than personal revenge), and no idea what he was doing anywhere except doing whatever President Cheney wanted done. Get your Republicans to get their heads out of their collective asses and maybe we can make more progress but this hatred for the president is just quandering time here, the image of the country abroad, and lack of congressional action by the dunces on the Tea Pot brain side of the aisle may put us back in teh ditch. An INTELLIGENT REPUBLICAN president Bush 2 would have continued the Clinton effort to pay down the national debt which he added $5 trillion to rather than giving that no value gift to his rich friends.
