      <![CDATA[If there are co-pays, then the poor are still not likely to go to the doctor because they are often right on the edge. <br>

We will see how that works out.<br>
<br>
Figures that the Republicans really don't care about the cost, only that money flows to the already wealthy. It's the same as with the debt, which they only want around so they can scream about people that don't "deserve" it getting something.
