Re: “Sauce for Texas ganders. Why not Arkansas, too?

I would suggest the bill go further and add a provision that a pharmacy only be allowed to prescribe one pill within any 24 hour period to any person holding a valid prescription.

Just addin my 2 cents

Re: “House approves measure to make it harder to amend the Arkansas Constitution

It's already too difficult to get proposed amendments to the Arkansas Constituion on the ballot. This proposal by the General Ass'y is asinine!

Re: “UPDATE: Bill to prohibit smoking marijuana passes Senate committee

So the ABC issues a directive that edible medical marijuana cannot be sold at dispensaries but lozenges can. Today, the Senate Public Health Committee wants to prohibit the smoking of medical marijuana because voters "didn't envision patients smoking the drug"?!.

So the only thing which might be obtained at a dispensary is a $(#*($ lozenge?

Truly the Arkansas General Assembly, led by assclown-in-chief Stanley Jason Rapert, has lost its damn mind.

Just statin' the facts.

Re: “Grocery store wine bill passes House Rules committee

I don't really care whether I can buy wine or spirits at Walmart or have to go to the liquor store. I just want to be able to order wines from out-of-state wineries and have them delivered to my front door. There was a lawsuit several years ago where I think the matter was one until defeat was taken from the jaws of victory.

Just wishin

Re: “Anti-immigrant legislation fails in committee; Smith said aim was to stop Arkansas campuses from becoming Berkeley

No public university could ever be mistaken for Cal-Berkeley in terms of education.
