This open line seems to be the place for my gripe I'm one of the lucky ones in that I have electricity, and have had since day one of this crap. Telephone and internet followed late that afternoon.
However, there is one utility that has become tone deaf. Everyone's favorite...........
COMCAST.
I called first on Wednesday night and got some dildo in Michigan who had no clue as to what was happening here. Called again on Thursday same result again only difference the dildo was in Flordia
Finally got an appointment thru some automated system they have have, was given an appointment for Friday night between 10 pm and 11 pm. Surprise, surprise.......no one showed up, Called again today, same automated system was told my appointment would be between 10 pm and 11 pm Sunday night.
I need a shoulder to cry on........I'm too old for this shit. And yes i am old,,,,I'm 72.
