Memory Awareness Day to be hosted by Memory Center

Fayetteville, AR--On Saturday, the Alzheimer's Association and Washington Regional Memory Center will host Memory Awareness Day, to be held at Central United Methodist Church.

Memory loss should not be considered an inevitable part of aging.  Please join us to learn more about the following: memory awareness, brain health, caregiver guidance, supportive and educational services, elder law, Coach Broyles's Playbook for Alzheimer's Caregivers, and a Q&A with a panel of caregivers and professionals.   Also available will be free memory screenings, and a vendor expo.  The event is in support of National Alzheimer's Awareness Month.

For more information, call 479-713-1466.  Central United Methodist Church is located at 6 West Dickson St. The event will be from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
